Where do you deliver to?

Tenderly By Lydie is an Atlanta-based meal delivery service, serving addresses within a 15-mile radius of ZIP code 30309. Delivery outside this radius will incur additional delivery fees based on your Zip code.

How does delivery work?

We offer doorstep delivery once a week, on Mondays between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Your meals arrive thoughtfully packed in Tenderly insulated cooler bags, ready to be refrigerated and enjoyed throughout the week.

When should I place my order?

Subscribe to our email list here. Menu is posted & orders open each Sunday at 12pm. Orders close Wednesday at 5pm EST. All orders must be placed by Wednesday for delivery the following Monday.

Can I choose my meals?

Yes. Meal can be swapped for your preferred meal on that week’s menu. When placing your order, note your meal preferences from the menu and we will do the rest.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

Our meals are carefully prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, where allergen cross-contact may occur. For this reason, we are unable to safely accommodate food allergies or guarantee that our meals are free from allergens.

Can I customize based on dietary restrictions?

Yes. We make accommodations for gluten-free and dairy-free. When placing your order just note your restrictions and our team will do the rest.

Is your food organic?

Tenderly meals are always organic unless we cannot find an organic supplier for a specific meal. We do our best to work with local farms to fulfill our meal plans. We do not use refined sugar, and if noted that the meal is vegan, we do not use dairy, eggs, or honey.

How long do meals last?

Your meals will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. All meals are delivered at once and designed to stay fresh for the week.

Can the meals be frozen?

To preserve the quality intended for each dish, we recommend enjoying your Tenderly meals within the 5 day window. While some dishes freeze well, others may lose their delicate texture and depth of flavor.
