Where do you deliver to? How does delivery work?

We are an Atlanta based meal delivery service. We have a limited range of 25 miles from zip code 30309. After this an additional XYZ fee is added. We offer doorstep delivery once a week on Mondays between 8:30AM - 11:30AM.

When should I place my order?

Subscribe to our email list here. Menu is posted & orders open each Sunday at 12pm. Orders close Tuesday at 5pm EST. All orders must be placed by Tuesday for delivery the following Monday.

How much is this per week?

Depends on how many meals you order. Our minimum order is XYZ and can go up to XYZ. All delivery fees are included in cost.

Can I customize based on dietary restrictions?

Depends. While we do our best to accomodate dietary restrictions, some things may not be suitable for all strict restricitons- like celiac and peanut allergies. If you are worried about a specific meal, you should plan to skip that one and order a different meal. Email us for more questions hello@withtenderly.com.

Is there an order minimum?

Our weekly menu includes a minimum of 5 main meals to nourish you for the week. You have the option to add a plus-one plate, breakfasts, and snacks for yourself or a partner or family member.

Is your food organic?

Tenderly meals are always organic unless we cannot find an organic supplier for a specific meal. We do our best to work with local farms to fulfill our meal plans. We do not use refined sugar, and if noted that the meal is vegan, we do not use dairy, eggs, or honey.

How long do meals last?

Your meals will stay fresh for up to 6 days in the fridge. All meals are delivered at once and designed to stay fresh for the week.
