Delivery details: your address and any delivery notes, such as a gate code.
Order details: what you order, your delivery day, and the dietary needs and requests you share at checkout.
Payment: Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
Website use: like most websites, ours uses cookies and collects basic information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit.
HOW WE USE IT
To prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, answer your questions, send menu announcements if you join our email list, and improve our site. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run Tenderly: Squarespace (website and checkout), Stripe (payments) and Flodesk (email list). We also share it with anyone who helps us deliver your order, or when the law requires it.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep order records as long as we need them for our business and for tax and legal requirements. We keep email list details until you unsubscribe.
