Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use withtenderly.com or order from Tenderly by Lydie, LLC (“Tenderly,” “we,” “us”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

ORDERS

The menu is posted and orders open each Sunday at 12 p.m. ET. Orders close Wednesday at 5 p.m. ET for delivery the following Tuesday. Prices are in US dollars. If an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel your order, and if we do, we’ll refund you in full.

DELIVERY

We deliver on Tuesdays between 8 and 11:30 a.m. within 15 miles of ZIP 30309 (Midtown Atlanta), and delivery is free. Please give us an accurate address and any access instructions. If you choose no-contact delivery, we’ll leave your meals at your door in a Tenderly cooler bag. Please refrigerate them promptly.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We buy ingredients and cook to order, so you can’t cancel or change an order after orders close on Wednesday at 5 p.m. ET. To cancel before then, email hello@withtenderly.com. If something is wrong with your order, email us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

FOOD SAFETY AND ALLERGENS

Our meals are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen where allergen cross-contact may occur. We can’t accommodate food allergies or guarantee that any meal is allergen-free. Keep meals refrigerated and eat them within 5 days of delivery. Our meals are designed with a nutrition consultant, but they aren’t medical advice.

The text, photos and logos on this site belong to Tenderly or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without our written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, Tenderly isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it’s posted.
